CONSULTATION- A free 15-minute virtual consultation appointment is offered to help us decide if I am the clinician to meet your therapeutic needs

SESSION FEES-

Initial Intake Assessment - $200 for 60-minutes

Individual 45-minute psychotherapy session- $150

Family 45- minute psychotherapy session- $175

In-Network Insurance

I am partnered with Alma to help me run my private practice. The Alma team will confirm your insurance eligibility and provide you with an estimate of your payment responsibility.

As my client, you’ll receive appointment confirmation emails and invoices from Alma, and their team may also reach out with policy updates.

Out-Of-Network Benefits

I am In-Network with:

Aetna
Optum-Includes UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and Oxford

Empire BCBS

Out-of-Network- If you are an out-of-network client, you have the option to contact your insurance company to inquire if you are eligible for out-of-network benefits for "Mental Health Outpatient Services".

If you are eligible, you will submit payment (private fee rate) through Alma for your session.

I will complete any forms required to assist you with this process, however you will be responsible for submitting the required paperwork to your insurance company.

Alma will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your health plan's stipulations.

You are encouraged to ask your health plan administrator what percentage they are going to reimburse you back for and the stipulations of this benefit.

Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION FEE- 24-hour notice must be given to waive the cancelation fee.

If you cancel outside of the 24-hour window, there will be a $50.00 fee imposed to your account.

All outstanding balances must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
